Donna is an expert on sociopaths, narcissists and psychopaths in relationships. She helps you identify if your partner, family member, work colleague or friend may be disordered, and offers you practical advice on what to do — how to escape, or if that isn’t possible, how to cope.
If you’re like most clients, you’ll start your session by telling your story of what happened to you. Donna listens carefully, empathetically, and without judgment. She knows how crazy it is to be involved with a sociopath, so nothing surprises her.
Then, ask your questions. Are you trying to understand how the person can be so heartless? Do you need advice on how to escape? Do you need to make big decisions — like whether to file a lawsuit — and want an objective perspective?
As you’re talking, Donna may sense the energetic disturbance caused by the pain of your experience and ask if you want to work on releasing it. If you do, she’ll gently help bring the disturbance to your awareness. She used guided mindfulness, which she calls Deep Emotional Release, to acknowledge the deep emotional pain, without making it wrong, which enables it to dissolve. You’ll feel lighter.
If you select a 60- or 90-minute session, there may also be time for Donna help you let go of stress and relax through Reiki.

Donna offers personal consultations via phone, Zoom or Skype on Monday through Friday, Eastern Time (the same time zone as New York City in the United States). Hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 11 am – 7 pm
Wednesday, Friday: 11 am – 4 pm
